E se o governo brasileiro tem dificuldade para fiscalizar projetos, compras, controle do dinheiro público, a execução pública de obras no tempo combinado e não sabe onde  vão parar os milhões, bilhões de dólares gastos em obras de má qualidade significa apenas que  compactuam, toleram e fazem vistas grossas com a corrupção e desvio de verbas públicas! As obras públicas no Brasil servem para manipular os eleitores e alimentar a corrupção!
